Michael Conley

Michael was admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1983 (and also of the High Court of Australia) and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.

Michael worked as a Solicitor with leading national firm, Blake Dawson (now Ashurst) in the litigation section between 1983 and 1985 before establishing his specialist Family Law based practice in Pitt Street, Sydney in 1985. The practice relocated to the current location of Martin Place in 1996.

Michael’s work has ranged from straight-forward family matters, relating to property, parenting and maintenance to the resolution of complex commercial, corporate and trust issues in family related disputes, involving substantial and varied assets (located in both in Australia and overseas). These types of disputes are often protracted, hard fought and intensive, requiring both experience and commitment.

Depending on the nature of the matter Michael is able to work on his own, or as part of a team he organises and leads, comprised of additional lawyers or other specialists as required.

Michael is able to provide the benefits of his extensive experience, dedication and absolute commitment to achieving the best outcomes for his clients – all in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
